I love the fact that Godot is so actively developed.

TBH for some reason I thought that 3.0.3 was already out and that I was just lagging behind using 3.0.2...

The new Godot version was unable to open my projects list when i double click on it.

Have you set the location for projects yet? I mean specifically for 3.0.3.

Another exe opens projects location; while launching this one closes without opening the project list.
I had the same issue with another previous release on windows.

Can you try starting the executable from a command prompt?

It says can't run the project , no main scene defined.
    I don't need 3.0.3, i'll wait for another release.

That's probably because you tried to run an export template instead of the editor. The editor should always make the project manager show up if no project is found in the current directory (you can force this behavior by passing --project-manager to the command line).

I added "--project-manager" to windows shortcut and it worked.

Should not Godot .exe try itself opening the project manager by default when it is launched ?
